SUMMER CLASSES:
Writing In Action
A five-day, 15 hour program designed to introduce students to the common criteria needed to write well: Voice, Audience, Logic and Editing.

Writing with the Five Senses
Exploring how the interactions of the senses can inspire writing and personal memoir.

Going to the Dogs
Imagine yourself as a dog! How can imagining the emotions and feelings of another being impact creativity?

Introduction to Literary Analysis
Learn how to read and analyze literature, learn the basic terms used in literary analysis, and practice writing timed persuasive essays.

Introduction to Mandarin
Learn basic Mandarin words and phrases through role play and games, including Mah Jong and Chinese Chess!

Hillview Writing Workouts
Short, in-class exercises designed to complement Hillview's CORE curriculum.

Pre-School Mandarin
A Fun, Interactive group session with Native Speakers of Mandarin for pre-schoolers ages 3-5.

SAT and ACT Preparation
One-on-One or group Seminars; group rates available. Includes an in-depth review of test-taking strategies, proctored examination and detailed review of test performance.

ISEE & HSPT Courses
These classes are for 5th-8th grade students preparing to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or High School Placement Test (HSPT) for acceptance into private schools.

Math Olympiad Training
Train to succeed on the extremely prestigious American Math Competitions by learning creative, critical thinking skills.

Science Fair Camp
